"Didn’t have the best experience"
I wasn’t too happy with my order from DG Logo Wear. It took longer to arrive than I expected, and once I got it, the final product just wasn’t really what I had in mind. I also reached out for help, but the response felt kind of slow and not that useful. Maybe this is just how their orders usually go, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The communication was confusing. Replies took a while, and when I did get an answer, it wasn’t very clear. I ended up asking the same questions more than once, which made me feel like I wasn’t really being listened to...

"The design proofing ended up being a..."
The design proofing ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. It was slow, the updates were confusing, and a few of the changes I asked for still didn’t come back right. After repeating myself multiple times, it started to feel like the process was taking more energy than the final product was worth. It reminded me how important clear communication is when you’re trusting someone with a design project. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience for me, and I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

"Did this run small for anyone else?"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the sizing felt way off. The shirt was much tighter than I expected, so I’d probably size up

"Embroidery was kind of a letdown"
I was really hoping the embroidery would come out looking sharp, but it looked rough. The stitching was uneven in a few spots and there were loose threads hanging out, which made the logo look messy instead of clean. I know embroidery can be tricky, I once tried fixing a patch on an old jacket and immediately regretted it, but this just didn’t look very polished. Disappointed with the final result

"Not great if you only need a small order"
I only needed a small batch of shirts for our group, so I figured I’d reach out and see if there was any flexibility on the minimum order. They kind of made it sound like they might be able to help, but it was all vague and never turned into an actual option.

I get that businesses have rules and minimums, but the whole thing felt like a lot of “we’ll see” and “maybe” without any clear answer. If they don’t really work with smaller orders, I’d rather they just say that upfront instead of making it seem like there’s some possible workaround.
In the end, I gave up and found another place that could handle fewer shirts without the runaround. It was frustrating, especially because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated...

"Shirt felt rough and support wasn’t much help"
I really wanted to like this shirt, but the material feels scratchy and stiff, not comfortable at all. I wore it once and didn’t want to put it on again. I also tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I kept getting passed around in a loop without a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Pretty much what I expected"
I kind of figured the selection would be limited before I even went in, and yeah, that’s basically what happened. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and I couldn’t find what I needed. Maybe others would have better luck, but it definitely matched my first impression

"Probably just bad timing, but the site was frustrating"
I might have caught the site at a bad time, but it was hard to use. I couldn’t really find what I was looking for, and the pages were loading so slowly that I ended up getting annoyed and giving up.

Maybe it’s just me, but the logo didn’t look like what I sent over. It seemed a bit off compared to the original file.

"Delivery was way later than expected"
I paid for delivery, but the order still showed up a week late. The tracking barely updated, and I had to follow up with them twice just to figure out what was going on. When you need the shirts for an event, getting them after the fact kind of makes the whole thing pointless.

"Felt ignored after reaching out twice"
I contacted the staff two different times and never heard anything back. I get that places can be busy, but after asking twice, it made me feel like my request just didn’t matter. Frustrating experience.

"Customer service felt slow"
I wasn’t really thrilled with the customer service, though maybe I’m being a little impatient. The replies took longer than I expected, and I ended up asking the same question more than once, which got frustrating.
The order itself was fine, so I’m not sure if I’m being too harsh here. But getting help felt more annoying than it should have, and overall it just wasn’t the experience I expected, so I’d give it 2 stars.

"Definitely Not Worth What I Paid"
I expected a lot more for the price, but I guess that was too much to ask. The quality feels cheap, and it definitely doesn’t match what I paid. Wouldn’t buy it again

"Felt pressured, but the prices didn’t seem fair"
I checked out DG Logo Wear the prices felt higher than I expected for what was being offered. I kind of felt pressured to decide quickly, but the value just didn’t seem there to me. In the end, I decided to pass because it didn’t feel like a fair deal.

"Shipping literally took forever"
I ordered a hoodie and it literally felt like it took forever to show up. The lack of clear updates made it even more frustrating, so I was annoyed by the time it finally arrived.
